Return Policy
At Wander Tiles, we take great care in crafting and packaging our mahjong tiles to ensure they meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is limited and applies only in specific cases outlined below.
No Returns or Exchanges
All mahjong tile sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color variations, or minor imperfections that do not affect gameplay.
Damaged or Defective Tiles
If your mahjong tiles arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide:

Clear photos of the affected tiles and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement for the damaged tiles (if available) or a partial refund at our discretion. Full refunds will only be issued in cases of severe damage affecting the entire set.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit and not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
